Update the Explore - Activity section

The Activity section lets the user select if they want to include, for example, Hiking trails but this also shows trails that allow Mountain Biking, etc. There's no way to exclude an Activity like Mountain Biking so my suggestion is to update the Activity section to show tri-state radio buttons. The default position is show all, the first state is to Include an activity while the second state is to exclude that activity.

For example, I'd Include Hiking and Exclude Mountain Biking so the results should show hiking trails that do not include Mountain Biking.
