How can I request a copy of my AllTrails account data?

As a member of AllTrails, you have the ability to export a copy of all of your account data. Please head to our Privacy Centre to make a request for this data: https://privacy.alltrails.com/policies/en-gb

1. Click 'Make a privacy request'
2. Select the appropriate subject type (i.e. 'Customer'), then select 'Download all my data'
3. Enter the email address that you use with AllTrails
4. You will receive an email with a link to log you into our Privacy Centre
5. Once you have logged in, click 'Confirm request' to kick off the data export process

You will receive a separate email with your account data once this request has been fulfilled. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for this process to be complete — we appreciate your patience in the meantime. You can check the status of your privacy request by visiting our Privacy Centre.
