If you're having trouble logging in to your AllTrails account, forgot your password, or would like to reset your password, you can do so by clicking here.
After submitting your email address and clicking 'send email', you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your AllTrails password. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
There is also a 'forgot password' link on the Log In screen in both the iPhone and Android app.
'Login Not Found' error message:
A 'login not found' error when resetting your password means we don't have an account under that email address. Verify you are using the correct email, or, if you do not have an account you can create one at https://www.alltrails.com/users/sign_up
'Invalid Token Error' error message:
You should receive an email immediately after entering your AllTrails email and clicking 'reset password'. You will receive a new email each time you click 'reset password'. If you are not using the most recent reset password email you will receive an 'invalid token error'. You must use the most recent email to reset your password, as the original token will be replaced by a new token. The reset password token is only valid for 48 hours.
If you have any trouble resetting your password, you can contact our customer support team at support@alltrails.com and we'll be happy to issue you a temporary password.
