You can request a refund of your AllTrails+ subscription within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date. Just follow these steps depending on how you purchased your subscription:
AllTrails+ subscription purchased via AllTrails.com:
If you're on a desktop or laptop computer, you can request a refund through our Virtual Assistant, which you can access at the bottom right of every page in our Help Centre. You can also send an email request to our team via our contact form.
AllTrails+ subscription purchased via Google Play Store:
If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store, you can request a refund via our contact form. Please include a copy of your Google Play receipt if you have it.
AllTrails+ subscription purchased via Apple App Store:
Unfortunately, we aren't able to manage AllTrails+ subscription purchases made via the Apple App Store. To request a refund, you'll need to do that directly with Apple by clicking here.
