Sending us your crash reports helps our developers resolve bugs more quickly and efficiently. If you encounter a crash or a bug in the AllTrails app, you can send us a log file immediately after it happens by following these steps:
- Ensure a mail app is installed on your iPhone or Android device (this will be used to send the log attachment)
- Open the AllTrails app and reproduce the issue
- Tap on 'Profile' on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the Settings icon () at the top right corner
- Tap on 'Email Us' which will automatically attach a log file to your email
- Describe the issue you were seeing in the body of the email – how you reproduced the problem, etc.
- Send the report to either iphone-support@alltrails.com or android-support@alltrails.com depending on which app you use ('To' email address will be automatically populated after tapping 'Email Us')
