How to change the privacy setting for a specific map

Via iPhone or Android app:

1. Tap 'Saved' on the bottom navigation bar
2. Select 'Lists' from the tabs at the top of the screen
3. Tap 'My maps'
4. Tap the map you'd like to manage
5. Tap the '...' overflow menu in the top right corner and select ‘Edit map’
6. Adjust privacy level and tap ‘Apply'
7. Tap ‘Save’

Via desktop or laptop:

1. Log into your account on https://www.alltrails.com 
2. At the top right of any page, hover over ‘Saved’ and in the drop-down select ‘My maps’
3. Click on the map you would like to manage
4. Click ‘Edit map’ at the bottom left corner
5. Select your preferred privacy setting (under the 'Description' tab) and click ‘Apply’
6. Click ‘Save custom map’ at the bottom left corner
