If you've previously disabled auto-renew for your annual AllTrails+ subscription and would like to turn it back on, you can follow the instructions below. The process varies depending on the platform through which you purchased your subscription.
1. Purchased via AllTrails.com:
- Go to AllTrails.com and log in to your account
- Hover over your profile image in the top-right corner and select 'Show profile' from the drop-down menu
- Click 'Turn On Auto-Renew' in the right sidebar under 'Account Settings'
- Follow any prompts to confirm that you want to re-enable auto-renew
2. Purchased via the iPhone app:
- Go to your iPhone’s Settings app
- Tap 'Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases'
- Tap 'Subscriptions'
- Choose the AllTrails subscription from the list
- If auto-renew is disabled, you should see an option to re-enable it. Follow the on-screen instructions to turn auto-renew back on.
3. Purchased via the Android app (Google Play):

- Tap your profile image at the top-right corner and select 'Payments & Subscriptions'
- Tap 'Subscriptions'
- Find and tap the 'AllTrails' icon to open subscription details
- If auto-renew was previously disabled, you should see an option to turn it back on. Follow the on-screen prompts to re-enable auto-renew.
- Tap 'Resubscribe'
- In the pop-up that appears, tap 'Resubscribe' again to confirm
- You’ll receive a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been successfully reactivated and will auto-renew on the specified date
