All annual AllTrails+ subscriptions auto-renew each year from your sign-up date using the same credit card used when purchased.
If you would like to update your credit card on file, you can do so by following these steps:
AllTrails+ subscription purchased via desktop or laptop computer:
- Using a desktop or laptop computer, log into your AllTrails account on https://www.alltrails.com
- Hover over your name and select 'Settings' in the drop down menu
- Click the 'Update Billing Info' link in the right sidebar under Account Settings
- Update your Billing Information and click 'Save Changes'
AllTrails+ subscription purchased via iPhone app:
Payment information for purchases on your iPhone is managed through your Apple ID. To change or remove your Apple ID payment information, click here.
AllTrails+ subscription purchased via Android app:
Payment information for purchases on your Android is managed through your Google Play account in the Google Play Store. To change a subscription payment method, click here.
