Before contacting your bank or credit card company for a refund, which can take anywhere from 45-90 days, our team is happy to chat with you through any parts of our app/service and hope to reconcile those feelings!
You can always contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions, concerns, or if you'd like to update your subscription type. Refunds are valid within 30-days of the purchase/renewal date. If a refund is requested after 30-days, AllTrails will not be able to refund your Pro subscription.

Pro subscription purchased via website:
If you are within 30 days of your purchase date or your renewal date, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com and let us know why you are requesting a refund.
Pro subscription purchased via Google Play store:
If you are within 30 days of your purchase date or your renewal date, please contact our customer support team firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you are requesting a refund. Please include a copy of your Google Play receipt, which will have an order number on the receipt.
Pro subscription purchased via Apple app store:
Unfortunately we do not have control over purchases made in the Apple App Store. If you purchased a Pro subscription through the iPhone app, you must request a refund directly from Apple. You can do so by clicking here.
