To request a refund for your AllTrails+ subscription, follow these steps based on your purchase method:
If purchased via AllTrails.com:
Virtual Assistant: On a desktop or laptop, go to the Help Center on AllTrails.com. Access the Virtual Assistant at the bottom right of the page and follow the prompts to request a refund.
Email request: Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through the contact form available in the Help Center.
If purchased via Google Play Store:
You can submit a refund request through the AllTrails contact form. Include a copy of your Google Play receipt if available to expedite the process.
If purchased via Apple App Store:
Unfortunately, AllTrails cannot handle refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Apple by clicking here.
Make sure to request the refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.
