To request a refund for your AllTrails+ subscription, you can follow the below steps based on your purchase method. Please make sure to request the refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.
If purchased via AllTrails.com:
Support bot: On a desktop or laptop, go to the Help Center on AllTrails.com. Access the support bot at the bottom right of the page and follow the prompts to request a refund.
Email request: Alternatively, you can submit a refund request through the contact form available in the Help Center.
If purchased via Google Play Store:
You can submit a refund request through the AllTrails contact form. Please include a copy of your Google Play receipt if available to expedite the process.
If purchased via Apple App Store:
Unfortunately, AllTrails isn't able to process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Apple.
