FAQ
How do I get turn-by-turn directions?
As long as you are a Plus/Peak user on a trail where turn-by-turn directions are available, you’ll automatically see them at the top of your navigator screen.
The turns on (x) trail were wrong, or I'm not seeing turns on my trail.
Not every single trail will have turn-by-turn directions due to data constraints. You can check if the trail has on-trail directions in the navigator drawer as a way of checking whether it’ll have turn directions. If you are getting incorrect directions while on the trail, please let our team know at support@alltrails.com and note that you are using the turn-by-turn feature.
Will I see turn-by-turn directions without a trail?
No, you need to be on a verified trail for turn-by-turn to work.
I’m not seeing street names for turns on (x) trail.
Not all turn directions will have street names due to data constraints.
