How can I change the location associated with my profile?

AllTrails requires a valid location to be associated with your account so that we can recommend great local trails. You can update your default location by following these steps:

Via desktop or laptop computer:

1. Log in to your account on https://www.alltrails.com
2. At the top right of any page, hover over your profile image and in the drop-down select 'Settings'
3. Scroll down until you see the 'Member location' field
4. Type in your city, click on the green 'Search' button, then click on the appropriate result
5. At the bottom of the page, click 'Save'

Via iPhone or Android app:

1. Open the AllTrails app
2. Tap on 'Profile' on the bottom navigation bar
3. Tap on the overflow button (three dots) at the top right corner and choose 'Edit Profile'
4. Tap in the field underneath 'Location'
5. Type in your city, tap on the appropriate result and choose 'Save'
