Sort by Recent Trail Condition/Comments

I'd love to pull up a list of local trails and sort by most recent condition/review. For example, to find which trails are most likely packed down after recent snow, drying up come mud season, etc. Right now I have to click on each trail to see if anyone has posted conditions in the last day or two.
