All downloaded maps deleted

I found that AllTrails had deleted all my offline maps without any sort of warning. My hiking partner also uses Alltrails, and they also had their download maps deleted.  Was there some update that deleted all the downloaded maps for everyone? This was super frustrating since I do not usually have cell coverage at trailheads, much less on the trails.  It is even more frustrating since Alltrails does not have any way to download more than one route at a time.

  Was it a subscription thing? Like yours expired or something?

  I had submitted this as ticket 422964 when it happened 5 months ago back in March 2023. This weekend my plans changed after I left cell service, and I again realized I had not re-downloaded all the maps I needed.

  One other quirk is that this  forum does not show the date of posts.
