Was it a subscription thing? Like yours expired or something?

I had submitted this as ticket 422964 when it happened 5 months ago back in March 2023. This weekend my plans changed after I left cell service, and I again realized I had not re-downloaded all the maps I needed.

One other quirk is that this  forum does not show the date of posts.

The deletion of offline maps from AllTrails could be related to several potential factors, including app updates, changes in storage policies, or a bug within the app. Here are some possible reasons for this issue:

    1. App Update: Sometimes, major app updates can reset certain data, including downloaded maps. If there was a recent update to AllTrails, it might have inadvertently deleted offline maps.

    2. Bug or Glitch: There could be a bug in the app that caused the offline maps to be deleted. Bugs can sometimes arise from updates or changes in the app's code.

    3. Storage Management: If your device is running low on storage, the operating system or the app itself might delete cached data, including downloaded maps, to free up space.

    4. Account Sync Issues: If there was a problem with syncing your account data with AllTrails servers, it might result in the loss of downloaded maps.

To address this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure you have the latest version of AllTrails installed. If not, update the app and check if the issue persists.

    2. Contact AllTrails Support: Reach out to AllTrails support to report the issue. They might have more information on whether this is a known problem and can provide specific guidance.

    3. Re-Download Maps: Unfortunately, AllTrails does not support downloading multiple routes at once, so you might need to re-download the maps individually. Consider doing this while you have a stable internet connection to avoid issues at the trailhead. If you want to Download CapCut Pro APK then visit the given link mycapcutapks.

    4. Alternative Apps: If the issue continues and becomes too frustrating, you might want to explore other hiking apps that offer more reliable offline map functionality.

It's best to get in touch with AllTrails directly for the most accurate information and assistance regarding the deletion of your offline maps. They can provide insights into whether this was a widespread issue and any steps being taken to prevent it in the future.
