How do I upload waypoints from a gpx file into a saved map?

I have a saved map. Someone has created a map in gpx format for the area with waypoints saved. There is no route between the waypoints, only the waypoints. Can I combine the two files so I end up with my map/route and the waypoints from the other file?

  Hi there! We'd recommend uploading both of these files to a custom map: https://www.alltrails.com/explore/map/new. Once you save the map, you can then download a GPX file for this new map where all of the data will be combined. Feel free to reach out to support@alltrails.com with any questions!
