    Yup, just signed up today whilst on a walk. Looking around for a new route and discovered this App. Just paid for the plus plan, as it's currently 50% off.

    Turns out the App doesn't work and neither does the website at the moment so that was a waste of time and money. I've called friends and they confirmed it's not working for them at home.

    I've emailed support using the contact page, but I haven't received an acknowledgment email, so that probably suggests they never got the email.
