Please add a lock function for Apple Watch

Sometimes I accidentally hit buttons on my watch when I am hiking and it will mess up my recording and navigation on my watch. It would be nice to be able to lock the screen of my watch so this doesn't happen...much like the "Workout" app does when I'm using it.
