Need Help Please

I recorded a hike today on my iPhone app.

I saved it and named it.

When I open my "Account" on the iPhone app, I see the hike. How do I get that hike uploaded so that I can work with it on my desktop via the AllTrails website?

  It should be available after a few minutes as long as you have cellular data or a WI-fi connection. If the AllTrails are busy it may take up to an hour or two
