uploading Alltrails files to garmin In-Reach

HI

I am trying to download files/maps from my Alltrails account so i can use on my In-Reach but not great with technology. Any assistance greatly recieved.

  How I loaded to my Garmin watch is this 1. Use the all trails web page to download the GPX file (unfortunately you can't download gpx files through the app). 2. Load GPX file in Garmin explore. 3. Sync Garmin explore with your watch. Map will show up under navigate in the watch
