Refund

I want a refund.  I purchased this app 3 weeks ago and the GPS will not work.  I have tried the battery optimization work around.  I am beyond frustrated.  I have gotten lost 5 times from relying on this software.  I simply want my money back.  I found a competitors product which worked flawlessly immediately after installation.  What do I need to do to be refunded?
