How are amenities added (Bathrooms, Toilets, Water Fountains / Eau Potable)

How are amenities added (Bathrooms, Toilets, Water Fountains / Eau Potable) ?

I added a "Missing Place" to Google Maps, category "Eau Potable / Drinking Water Fountain", but after a few weeks, it still doesn't show up in AllTrails map system.
