AllTrails+ gift subscriptions are delivered by email or a printed PDF. They contain a redemption code and a link or instructions to redeem on the web. When redeemed, the AllTrails+ subscription will be applied to your account for the length of time that was gifted.
You'll be able to easily redeem your gift directly on our website on our gift redemption page. If you received your gift via email, you'll also be able to click the link in the email to access the redemption page. If you are not already logged into your AllTrails account, you will be prompted to do so before applying your gift coupon, then you can follow these steps:

What if I already have an AllTrails+ subscription?
If you already have an active AllTrails+ subscription that was purchased on our website, you'll be able to redeem the gift subscription as outlined above. The time value of the AllTrails+ gift subscription will be applied to your existing subscription. Once you’ve redeemed the gift subscription on your account, you will not be charged for your regular subscription until your gift term expires.
NOTE: If you have an active AllTrails+ subscription through iTunes or Google Play, you will need to cancel your subscription and allow it to expire, prior to redeeming the gift. Due to restrictions on adjusting this payment method, we are unable to modify subscriptions purchased via iTunes or Google Play directly, which includes automatically adding gift subscription time to an existing subscription. My code isn't working on the redemption page — what do I do now?
For some users who received a gift subscription that was purchased before November 2020, you may be unable to redeem your gift on the redemption page. This is because we have recently updated the gift-giving process, but don't worry — you'll still be able to redeem your gift! Here is how to do so:
- Accede a tu cuenta en https://www.alltrails.com.
- Click 'Upgrade to AllTrails+' at the upper right corner, or go to https://www.alltrails.com/plus

- Click 'Enter a coupon code', enter the gift coupon code and click 'Apply'
- Enter your credit card information**, then click 'Get AllTrails+'
