App stops during Trek everytime!!

Very bad experience!! Free Apps are better performing. Eversince I took the Annual pro subscription, App atleast stops once in the trail that is very annoying. One need to constantly keep looking at the phone to ensure the App is not stopped.

  Same problem. I want my money back and get out of PRO! please help! Losing stats last two hikes!!

  I agree they need a keep the screen alive feature like many apps offer or a background mode. I set my screen to not turn off in settings when using it.

  Yep.....same problem.  Very frustrating. A good app in all other respects but this issue makes it a 'no go'

  Stops tracking after about 6km and I get a message 'NO GPS signal' while other apps like googlemap are working with the GPS. Didnt use the phone, Galaxy 21 Ultra, not even for photos, looks like a serious software bug
