confused about alltrails support
Hi,
I went to
support.alltrails.com/hc/en-us
then clicked on: AllTrails Member Forum
which took me to: support.alltrails.com/hc/en-us/community/topics
I then clicked on: Product Help & Discussion
then New Post
but was then given a new login box:
alltrails.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/signin?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.alltrails.com
and despite asking me to login to alltrails: Sign in to AllTrails
didnt accept my alltrails login.
Message:
Email address / password combination is incorrect, try again or get a new password.
So I had to create new account
with the same email address but a different password.
But after creating the new account,
it took me back to: support.alltrails.com/
Is it possible to expalin what is going on here?
Do I now have 2 accounts?

Hi all - Thanks for reaching out and my apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, our forum host requires a separate login that is different from your AllTrails.com login. You can create an account by clicking 'Get a password'.
