iOS usability improvement
1. When we are on a trail, our position (the blue dot) is shown on the
map on the red line indicating the trail. Can our position be shown
also on the elevation chart below the map (this could be done as an
option (yes/no) if someone doesn't want to see where he is on the
chart, can switch it off)? This would be very helpful to see where we are on an altitude level. I know we can touch the elevation chart and it will show on the map that position
but the vice-versa would be very useful too.
2. Can the elevation chart be made « zoom-able » i.e. by finger-swiping
to zoom in/out and (optionally) and also to zoom in/out together with
the map above when zooming a specific trail.

I came here to add these exact 2 suggestions. I used Alltrails for the JMT and the trail is very long (250miles) touching the elevation to see where we are is very prone to error.
These 2 suggestions should be pretty easy to do (especially #1) and can save a lot of time fidgeting with the elevation map.
