Add camp sites and water sources with descriptions

We need to be able to add water sources and campsites! I can't believe they aren't already marked on the maps. We also need a way to mark these and other spots with descriptions or comments - like dry creek bed but if you walk to the west for 500 feet there is an area with some water.
