PRO Navigator still not working. 3 times in a row now.

PRO Navigator still not working. 3x in a row now. What can I do? I want a refund of annual enrollment if this can't be fixed.

  I have the Pro version. I downloaded a map and when I got to the trail, the navigator didn't work. Thankfully a friend had a GPS device. It was a let down
