How do I reset my password?

If you're having trouble logging in to your AllTrails account, forgot your password, or would like to reset your password, click here: 

There is also a 'forgot password' link on the Log In screen in both the iPhone and Android app. 

After submitting your email address and clicking the blue button, you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your AllTrails password. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you have any trouble reseting your password please email and we'll be happy to issue you a temporary password.

'Login Not Found' Error

A 'login not found' error when resetting your password means we don't have an account under that email address. Most often this means that you have registered using a different email address or you simply haven't created an account with us yet. You can sign up for an AllTrails account by clicking here:

'Invalid Token' Error

You should receive an email immediately after entering your AllTrails email and clicking 'reset password'. You will receive a new email each time you click 'reset password'. If you are not using the most recent reset password email to reset your password you will receive an 'invalid token error'. You must use the most recent email to reset your password, as the original token will be replaced by a new token. The reset password token is only valid for 48 hours.
