How do I reset my password?
If you're having trouble logging in to your AllTrails account, forgot your password, or would like to reset your password, click here: http://alltrails.com/users/password/new
There is also a 'forgot password' link on the Log In screen in both the iPhone and Android app.
If you have any trouble reseting your password please email email@example.com and we'll be happy to issue you a temporary password.
You should receive an email immediately after entering your AllTrails email and clicking 'reset password'. You will receive a new email each time you click 'reset password'. If you are not using the most recent reset password email to reset your password you will receive an 'invalid token error'. You must use the most recent email to reset your password, as the original token will be replaced by a new token. The reset password token is only valid for 48 hours.
