If you'd like to update the email address connected to your AllTrails account, just follow these steps:
Via iPhone or Android app:
- Tap 'Profile' on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the '...' overflow menu in the top right corner
- Tap 'Edit profile'
- Type in your new email address and tap 'Save' in the top right corner
Via desktop or laptop:
- Log into your account
- At the top right of any page, hover over your profile image and in the dropdown select 'Settings'
- Go to the Profile tab on the left
- Type in your new email address and click 'Save'
Please note that if you get an error and are unable to update your email address on your AllTrails account, it's possible that an account has already been created under your new email. If so, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@alltrails.com, and we can help you either merge your accounts and/or discuss your options.
