If you've forgotten your password, you can use this link to reset it. There's also a 'forgot password' link on the Log In screen in both the iPhone and Android apps.
After submitting your email address and clicking 'send email,' you'll receive an email with instructions for resetting your AllTrails password. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Here are some troubleshooting tips if you run into any issues with the password-reset process:
'Login Not Found' error message:
A 'login not found' error when resetting your password means we don't have an account under that email address. Verify that you're using the correct email address, or, if you don't yet have an account, you can create one at https://www.alltrails.com/users/sign_up
'Invalid Token Error' error message:
You should receive an email immediately after entering your AllTrails email address and clicking 'reset password.' You'll receive a new email each time you click 'reset password.' If you aren't using the most recent password-reset email, you'll receive an 'invalid token error.' You'll need to make sure that you're using the most recent password-reset email, as the original token will be replaced by a new token. The password-reset token is only valid for 48 hours.
