Member Deals are a new, exclusive perk for AllTrails Plus and Peak members. Below you'll find answers to common questions about accessing and using these discounts.
Who can access AllTrails Member Deals?
AllTrails Member Deals are available to active AllTrails Plus or Peak subscribers based in the US.
If you're seeing a 'Get the deals' page when you try to log in, it means you're logged into a free account that isn't currently on a paid plan. To unlock these offers, you'll need to upgrade to AllTrails Plus or Peak with the same email address you use for AllTrails.
If you have a paid plan but you reach a 'Get the deals' page after logging in, you may be logged into a different AllTrails account that is on our free tier. If that's the case, just log out and log back in with the email address that's associated with your Plus or Peak subscription.
I'm already logged into Shopify and can't access my deals. What should I do?
If you're already logged into a Shopify account and are having trouble accessing your deals:
- Log out of your current Shopify account
- Go back to the AllTrails Member Deals page
- Log in again using your AllTrails Plus or Peak credentials
Once you're logged in with your AllTrails premium account, you should see your eligible deals and be able to redeem them as described on each brand's page.
Why can't I log into my previous Shopify account with my order information?
Going forward, the account associated with the AllTrails Gear Shop will be the same as your AllTrails account. You'll use your AllTrails login credentials to access the Gear Shop and Member Deals, and to manage new orders.
If you'd like to link your previous Shopify order history to your AllTrails account, please reach out to shop@alltrails.com with the email address used on past orders and any relevant details.
My coupon code isn't working. What should I check?
Confirm your membership
Make sure you're logged into the same email that has an active AllTrails premium subscription.
Check product eligibility
Some codes only apply to specific products, categories, or collections. Be sure to carefully read the deal details on the brand page to see which items are eligible for the discount. If you're purchasing items outside that list, the code will not apply.
Check basic requirements
Make sure you've entered the code exactly as provided (no extra spaces), and confirm any minimum purchase or other requirements listed in the offer.

What do the different green buttons on Member Deals mean?
On AllTrails Member Deals, you'll see different green buttons depending on how the offer is redeemed:
1. "Start shopping"
- Clicking 'Start shopping' takes you directly to a partner page or collection where the discount or redemption is applied automatically.
- In most cases you do not need to manually enter a code at checkout — simply shop eligible items as described on the brand page.
2. "Copy discount code and start shopping"
- Clicking 'Copy discount code and start shopping' will:
- Automatically copy your discount code to your clipboard, and
- Redirect you to the partner's site or a specific collection of products eligible for discount.
- To redeem:
- Add your desired, eligible products to your cart
- At checkout, locate the "promo code" or "discount code" field and paste your code into it
- Confirm the discount appears before submitting your order
What does "select items apply" mean for certain deals?
Some offers apply only to specific items or collections, not the partner's entire site. When a deal is marked as 'select items apply,' please:
- Shop only the products found within the initial link provided on the AllTrails Member Deals page.
- Review the deal details carefully to understand which products qualify.
Below are a few examples of how this works for specific partners:
Stio
- The Stio discount code is only valid for items in the AllTrails Member Deals collection.
- You'll be directed to this specific collection via the initial link from the AllTrails Member Deals page.
- Adding items outside this collection may cause the code not to apply.
Mixbook
- The Mixbook code is valid only for hardcover books.
- It does not apply to:
- 6x6 Photo Books
- Any Softcover Photo Books
- Be sure your cart contains eligible hardcover products before applying the code.
Astral
- The Astral code is valid only for the Trail and HempTech collections.
- The initial link from AllTrails will direct you to the correct collections.
- If you add products from outside these collections, the discount may not work.
How can I get help with a specific brand or deal?

- For AllTrails Member Deals questions (eligibility, code not working, access issues), email shop@alltrails.com and include:
- The brand name
- The deal or code you’re trying to use
- A brief description of the issue (screenshots are helpful)

Can I share my Member Deals or discount codes with others?
Member Deals are exclusively for AllTrails premium subscribers.
