If you'd like to update the email address connected to your AllTrails account, just follow these steps:
Via iPhone or Android app:
- Tap 'Profile' on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the '...' overflow menu in the top right corner
- Tap 'Edit profile'
- Type in your new email address and tap 'Save' in the top right corner
Via desktop or laptop:
- Log into your account
- At the top right of any page, hover over your profile image and in the dropdown select 'Settings'
- Select 'Account' at left under 'Settings'
- Type in your new email address and click 'Save'
If you see an error message when trying to update your email address, in most cases this means that that email address is already in use on another AllTrails account. You can resolve this by asking Scout (our support bot) to merge your accounts into one account that has your desired email address.
