We're excited to expand the AllTrails platform worldwide so that many can enjoy trails within their own backyard or on their next adventure. We're doing our best to support many different countries, languages, and devices - we appreciate your patience!
Supported Mobile Devices
As our product develops, we may not be able to support older mobile devices with outdated software. You may experience odd bugs or nuances if that is the case. At this time, for mobile devices we support the following:
- iOS 10.0 and newer*
- Android 6.0 and newer
*NOTE: For users with an iPhone 6, you will be able to fully use the app when you have a mobile data or WiFi connection, however, when offline you will not be able to search for new trails in Explore. You will still be able to access your AllTrails data such as maps, recordings, favorited trails, completed trails, etc. You will also be able to access recorder and previously downloaded map layers (Pro Feature) for navigation.
We are working on expanding our support languages. At the moment, we support the following languages on our website and app:
- English (EN)
- Deutsch (DE)
- French (FR)
- Spanish (ES)
We are working on expanding our supported countries list. Please contact email@example.com if you are not able to download the AllTrails app in your country. Here is the list of support countries at this time:
