The AllTrails app includes five main tabs that help you discover trails, record activities, and manage your outdoor life. Here’s an overview of what each tab does.
Explore is where you go to find trails. You can search by location or keyword, apply filters to narrow down results, and browse trail details like maps, reviews, photos, and route information. It’s designed to help you discover the perfect trail for your next adventure.
Saved keeps all your personal planning in one place. This tab includes your saved trails, the lists you follow or create, your downloaded maps, and any parks or areas you’ve saved, along with the custom routes you’ve built. It serves as your central hub for organizing the places and routes you want to access, reference, or explore in the future.
Navigate is the tool you use to record an activity. From this tab, you can start tracking your hike, run, bike ride, or other outdoor activity, while viewing real-time stats such as distance, pace, and elevation. It’s your in-the-field companion to help guide you on the trail.
Activity gives you insight into your own outdoor history and what others are doing. It includes your recorded activities, a feed of local activities happening near you, and updates from people you follow. This tab helps you stay connected and motivated by seeing your progress and your community’s adventures.
Profile is your personal dashboard. Here you’ll find your photos, reviews, completed trails, achievements, and account settings. It’s where you manage your identity on AllTrails and track your overall progress as an explorer.
