Sending us your crash reports helps our developers resolve bugs more quickly and efficiently. If you encounter a crash or a bug in the AllTrails app, you can send us a log file immediately after it happens by following these steps:
- Open the AllTrails app and reproduce the issue
- Tap 'Profile' on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the Settings gear icon at the top right corner
- Tap 'Send log file' which will automatically attach a log file to your email
- Describe the issue you were seeing in the body of the email – how you reproduced the problem, etc.
- Send the report
These reports will route to our customer support team, and they'll help them to investigate the issue and get back to you with next steps.
