To request a refund for your AllTrails subscription, you can follow the steps below based on your purchase method. Please make sure to request the refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.
If purchased via AllTrails.com or the Google Play Store:
In the iOS and Android apps, you can request a refund from our Support Bot by following these steps:
- Tap 'Profile' on the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the Settings gear icon at the top right
- Scroll down to the Support menu
- Tap 'Chat with support' to start a conversation
If you're on a desktop or laptop computer, you'll find the Support Bot on every page of our Help Center, and in the bottom-right corner of your profile settings page.
If purchased via Apple App Store:
Unfortunately, AllTrails isn't able to process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Apple.
