If you're a Peak member but would like to downgrade to Plus, you can now set your account to auto-renew at the Plus tier.
If your subscription is through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, downgrade via the iOS or Android apps:
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom nav bar
- Tap the settings gear icon at the top right of your profile page
- Under the Account section, tap "Manage subscription"
- Follow the prompts to "Switch to Plus"
If your subscription is through the Apple App Store but you no longer have access to your iOS device:
- Go to Apple's subscription management page
- Cancel your Peak subscription
- Wait for it to expire, then repurchase at the Plus tier
If your subscription is through the Google Play Store but you no longer have access to your Android device:
- Go to Google's subscription management page
- Cancel your Peak subscription
- Wait for it to expire, then repurchase at the Plus tier
If your subscription is through the AllTrails website, downgrade on AllTrails.com on desktop or via a mobile browser:
- Hover over your profile photo at top right, then click "Settings"
- Under Account settings, click "Manage subscription"
- Click "Switch to Plus" and follow the prompts
If you change your mind before your renewal date, you can go back to auto-renewing at the Peak tier by following the above steps, and following the prompts to cancel your pending downgrade.
