Default privacy settings
You can customize privacy levels for various types of content in your account:

Accounts previously set to 'private'
If your account was previously set to 'Private,' it now defaults to 'Only Me' for all content types. However, your profile photo, name, location, and high-level statistics remain visible to help others identify you. You can also choose to require follower requests, which can be set in your privacy settings.
Trail reviews and uploaded photos
You can now contribute reviews and photos to trail pages more easily. Photos linked to activities or maps with privacy settings of 'Only Me' or 'Followers Only' will not appear in public galleries or on your profile.
Anonymizing your profile and contributions
To anonymize your trail reviews and contributions:
- Update your display name on AllTrails. Find instructions here.
